Senior Adult
Senior Adults are an important and vital part of the ministry here at TABC. Here at TABC you will find that the Seniors truly are a "JOY" (Just Older Youth) group. We are excited about what God is doing through our 55+ adults to reach our community and the world for Christ.
Sunday School
Sunday School is a time for Small Group Bible Study. This happens on Sunday mornings at 9:45AM. We offer a variety of classes for Senior adults. We have classes for Senior Adult Women and Men. We also have a co-ed Senior Adult class. Sunday School is a great time to get to know other Senior adults while growing even deeper in your faith.
Service Opportunities
Seniors don’t have to just sit back and watch everyone else get all of the blessings that come through active service to Christ. They can get involved in the ministry and be an example to new believers that you NEVER get too old to serve the Lord and bring glory to Him. Seniors have many service opportunities here at TABC including the "Meals on Wheels" ministry, AWANA, driving folks to doctor appointments, visiting and outreach through FAITH, helping with the FAITH meals on Tuesday evenings, singing in the choir, visiting the home bound, Upward Basketball and many other ministries.
Special Activities
At TABC our Seniors are always doing something! Special activities and outings take place each month, which include:
· Monthly Senior Adult Breakfast fellowship
· Seminars
· Day Trips and outings
· Over- night trips and retreats
· Local mission trips
