I just wanted to thank you all for the love, kindness, & service you have shown to my Mama, Sylvia Rowland, & to Don & Amy as well. Although I was able to be there for her surgery, it was hard having to leave her so soon. I have gotten so much comfort after meeting a few of your Church members, & seeing the love & service you shared with Mama while I was there. Johnny was there at the hospital with us, & he was the sweetest, calming presence. Benny & Kent, they are a comedy team that share Jesus, love & laughter. Oh what a joy they are! Kathy brought us yummy food, & hugs. I am sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names, but please know I appreciate ALL of you! I pray God blesses each of you the way you have blessed me by loving my Mama. Thank you all for stepping in & stepping up when I can’t be there. Love & Blessings,

Thank you dear TABC church family for the beautiful roses while I was in the hospital… they really cheered me up and even lasted while I was in Bristol Rehab for PT.  Also, thanks to Bro. Paul for his visits and prayers. Again, thank you church family for your prayers on my behalf for healing and for my recovery in days ahead.  God is good to us!  Love in Christ,

Dear Prayer Warriors, it’s been one week today since my surgery, and finally feel up to updating you all, on the works of the Lord.  Has been a rough road, but God has been right there with me through it all.  There’s so much to tell, but that will have to wait until I get all my thoughts together and written down.  God has given me a wonderful testimony and can hardly wait to tell it! Was discharged from the hospital 3 days after the surgery, on Friday.  Before I left my doctor gave me the good news! For those of you who don’t already know, the pathology report stated that I am now 100 percent cancer free with no additional treatment necessary!!! Our God is an AWESOME God!!!

All of you were a part in bringing this Good news to pass with your love and prayers!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I love you all, very much!!!

Dear Family of God, a simple thank you could not show how grateful I am for your show of love for my family and myself… for the cards, flowers, gifts, money.  But oh, thank you for the prayers! Yes, I did and do feel them.  When I received the gifts, the song
“I’m So Glad I’m a Part of the Family of God” would ring in my heart and my mind; still does.  A few days ago, I was watching Kim, my girls, and grandchildren laughing and having a great time being together, and I suddenly started missing  being with them to share in the joy.  Then I felt a great comfort come over me; I know it came from God.  That God our Father is looking forward with great love to have His whole family around Him forever as well.  Humbly and with a heart full of gratitude, Thank You.
