To all the staff and membership of Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church, I and my family want to say thank you for your prayers and sincere thoughts during the loss of my sister Carolyn.  “Cab” will be waiting for us, her brothers and sisters in Christ, to get reunited with her at the feet of our Savior Jesus Christ. Thanks so much for all the prayers lifted up during the death of our daughter.  Thanks for the calls and all who came to the funeral.  The dish garden is beautiful.  It’s so great to have church with loving and caring members who show God’s love.  May God bless each one  richly!

We cannot thank you enough for your love, prayers, cards and the lovely plant you sent to us after the death of Helen’s sister on Palm Sunday.  We have never felt so loved than when the deacons and others surrounded us after Pastor Joey announced that Helen’s sister had just passed away.  We appreciate everyone who spoke to us afterward and hugged us, asking if there was anything that they could do to help.  We are beyond thankful for each and every one of you and your continued prayers.  God was merciful and didn’t allow Helen’s sister to linger and suffer.  We are so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful church family.  Love,
